I don’t coach founders in sales.

I sell with them.

A founder-side sales partner for early-stage companies closing complex, high-ACV deals.

I join live calls, qualify real opportunities, navigate buying committees, and help close your next 5–10 deals — fast.

I’ve spent my career selling complex software — not by accident, but by learning how real buyers make decisions. It requires world-class discovery driven by curiosity, capturing the specific business challenges they are facing, why it matters to their business, and what happens if they do not solve those problems.

If you have that context, you can develop a modern and presentable business case to help drive the initiative forward, at your pace, and begin to create a more predictable pipeline of business.

This is not the art or science of sales. It is not limited advisor model. Most sales frameworks are effective. There are hundreds of books on that. It’s about hard work and requires a sales partner to help drive repeatable outcomes, help founders breath by getting deals in the door, and setting the stage for the next phase of growth.

Over time, founders kept asking for the same things:

“Can you just get in the deal with me?”

“Can you work with me more closely on deals?”

“I don’t need a consultant, I need someone to help me win deals.”

“Can you work with me for a period of time?”

This practice exists to do exactly that without pretending to be a VP, a coach, or a consultant.

Being a former high school teacher - on the ground, in the trenches, making a real impact - I’ve merged that into my sales practices. That includes investing the time and driving lasting outcomes.

It starts with a conversation. If you’re actively selling and want a real partner inside your deals, book time below. Let’s talk!

About me & why I do this

Most founders don’t need more sales advice. They need momentum.

Early traction stalls when:

  • Deals linger without clear next steps

  • Founders carry every sales conversation themselves

  • Buyers add stakeholders, procurement, or “just one more review”

  • The pipeline looks busy but nothing closes

At this stage, framework doesn’t move deals.

Execution does.

This isn’t fractional leadership. It’s not coaching.

Founders say….

  • I don’t need another “strategy call”

  • I don’t need a CRO consultant who has not closed a deal in years

  • I don’t build decks and disappear

  • I don’t sit on the sidelines reviewing calls

  • I don’t sell confusing sales theory or template

Instead:

  • I join discovery and deal strategy live

  • I help qualify what’s real vs. what’s noise

  • I work directly with you on active opportunities

  • I stay until deals close or we know exactly why they won’t
